2. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
The use of this platform implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
CUSCOATOUR reserves the right to update these terms at any time, notifying users via email or through a notice on our website.
Continued use of our services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
3. Registration and User Account
To make bookings on our platform:
- The user must provide truthful and updated information
- You must be at least 18 years old to make bookings
- It is the user's responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of their account and password
- Any misuse of the account will be the responsibility of the account holder
- The user must immediately notify any unauthorized use of their account
4. Products and Services
CUSCOATOUR offers tourism services including:
- Guided tours to archaeological sites and tourist attractions
- Tourist transportation with hotel pickup and return
- Certified professional guide services
- Entrance fees to tourist sites (depending on tour)
- Meals included (depending on tour)
Availability
Tour availability is subject to change without notice due to weather conditions, site closures, or minimum participant requirements.
Restrictions
Some tours have age, physical condition, or health restrictions. Please check the specific details of each tour.
5. Prices and Payment Methods
Prices
- Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and Peruvian Soles (PEN)
- All prices include IGV (General Sales Tax) of 18%
- Prices may change without notice. The confirmed price will be the one in effect at the time of booking
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners)
- Yape
- Bank transfer
- Cash (at our office)
Card payments are processed securely through Culqi, a PCI-DSS certified platform. CUSCOATOUR does not store credit card data.
It is the client's responsibility to ensure their payment method is enabled for online transactions and has sufficient funds.
Deposit and Balance
- The required deposit is 30% of the total tour price
- The remaining balance (70%) must be paid on the day of the tour, before starting the activity
6. Purchase Process
To make a booking, follow these steps:
- Select the tour of your interest and desired date
- Complete the booking form with your personal information
- Select your payment method and make the deposit payment
- You will receive a confirmation email with your booking number
- 24 hours before the tour, we will contact you to confirm pickup time and location
Order Validation
The booking is considered confirmed once payment is received and confirmation email is sent.
CUSCOATOUR may cancel a booking if:
- The information provided is false or incomplete
- Payment is not processed correctly
- The tour does not reach the minimum number of required participants
7. Pickup and Service Delivery
Pickup Service
Pickup is done at the client's hotel within the historic center of Cusco. For hotels outside this area, a meeting point will be coordinated.
Schedules
Pickup times vary according to the tour. The exact time will be confirmed in the confirmation email.
The client is required to be ready 10 minutes before pickup time. In case of delay greater than 15 minutes, the tour may depart without the client, with no right to refund.
Delays
In case of delays due to traffic, weather conditions or other circumstances, CUSCOATOUR will inform the client as soon as possible.
8. Refund and Exchange Policy
We understand that plans can change. That's why we offer flexible date change and cancellation options with refunds according to established deadlines.
- Free date changes with more than 48 hours notice
- 100% refund if you cancel more than 72 hours in advance
- Credit options for future bookings
- Special policies in case of force majeure or weather conditions

9. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide truthful and updated personal information
- Show up at the pickup point at the indicated time
- Carry valid identification documents (ID or passport)
- Inform about relevant medical conditions
- Follow the guide's instructions during the tour
- Respect the environment and visited sites
- Bring appropriate clothing and equipment as recommended
10. Company Responsibilities
CUSCOATOUR commits to:
- Provide certified professional guides
- Comply with the published itinerary (except force majeure)
- Have liability insurance
- Maintain vehicles in optimal conditions
- Provide assistance in case of emergency
11. Personal Data Protection
CUSCOATOUR complies with Law No. 29733 - Personal Data Protection Law of Peru and its regulations.
Use of Data
Personal data collected will be used exclusively for:
- Processing and managing your booking
- Communicating about your tour
- Complying with legal and tax obligations
- Sending promotions (only with your consent)

You have the right to access, rectify, cancel or object to the processing of your personal data.

12. Intellectual Property
All website content (texts, images, logos, design) is the property of CUSCOATOUR and is protected by copyright. Reproduction without authorization is prohibited.
The use of any content from this website for commercial purposes is prohibited without the express written authorization of CUSCOATOUR.
13. Limitation of Liability
CUSCOATOUR is not responsible for:
- Loss or damage of personal items during the tour
- Injuries caused by client negligence
- Delays due to conditions beyond our control
- Additional expenses due to lost flights or connections
- Health problems related to altitude
- Technical failures of the website that temporarily prevent access or booking
- Service interruptions caused by maintenance, updates or third-party provider issues
Proper Use
The client agrees to use the services responsibly and follow the instructions of CUSCOATOUR staff during tours.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellations, accidents and medical evacuation.
14. Special Rates
- Children (3-12 years): 40% discount on adult rate
- Students: 20% discount with valid ID
- Peruvian residents: 30% discount with DNI
- Under 3 years: Free (no seat in transport)
15. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru.
Dispute Resolution
In case of any dispute, the parties agree to resolve it as follows:
- Direct negotiation between parties
- Extrajudicial conciliation before an authorized conciliation center
- Filing a complaint with INDECOPI (National Institute for the Defense of Competition and Protection of Intellectual Property)
- As a last resort, the courts of the city of Cusco
